The Domaine de la Villaudière reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of the registration of the orders (subject to availability).

The products remain the property of the supplier until full payment of the price.

The Domaine de la Villaudière reserves the right to refuse any order from a member with whom there is a dispute.

Article 5: Availability

Domaine de la Villaudière will do everything possible to process all orders.

Article 6: Regulations

Payment for purchases is made by credit card or bank transfer and checks. The bank cards accepted are: CB, Visa, Eurocard and Master Card.

Article 9: Withdrawal

All products sold benefit from the “satisfied or refunded” clause for 14 days from the date of delivery in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, article L 121-20, unless otherwise specified. However, pursuant to the provisions of Article L.121-20-2 of the Consumer Code, certain products that are the subject of sale cannot be subject to the customer's right of withdrawal. Article 10: Guarantee

Otherwise, the courts of the place of delivery are competent.
