Our hereditary attachment to the Val-de-Loire and our passion for terroirs has given us the desire to expand our range of wines and thus reveal the viticultural potential of our beautiful region. For us, it's a matter of course to discover and promote renowned wines from neighboring appellations where Sauvignon Blanc plays a major role.

The vines of the Menetou-Salon appellation flourish on a single terroir of Terres Blanches.
This clay soil gives Sauvignon Blanc fruitiness, roundness and balance.
To make our Menetou-Salon Blanc La Villaudière, we buy the must (unfermented grape juice) from Sauvignon Blanc grapes at harvest time and bring it back to Sancerre for vinification and bottling.
We have the same high quality standards, and vinify with the same care as our estate wines, following the classic vinification process for still white wines.
This wine is aged in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats for between 4 and 6 months on its fine lees.
The nose expresses intense, complex aromas of fresh grapes, exotic fruit and citrus. Round and tender, the palate reveals concentration, while the liveliness melts into the fleshy body.
Served between 10 and 12°C, our Menetou-Salon Blanc La Villaudière is the perfect accompaniment to an aperitif, poultry in sauce or salmon tartar.
